Because continued failed diets result in emotional and metabolic damage. Yes, yo-yo dieting has major negative effects on your physical and mental health. For this reason, I have designed online coaching which helps to educate you on fat loss, proper nutrition and exercise without a single diet in sight.

How long will it take before I see results?
Your progress will depend factors such as genetic makeup, training and nutrition adherence and the effort you have put in. Fat loss is a journey and not a race so rapid fat loss is an unrealistic expectation. Rapid fat loss will also require extreme and unsustainable lifestyle changes which will often result in yo-yo dieting and overtraining. The aim of my coaching is to educate you and to help you to establish habits that will result in fat loss that can be maintained. This is not a process that will result in instant results so you will need to be realistic and patient.

Do I get a meal plan?
I do not believe in prescribing meal plans as they are restrictive, and they don’t teach you how to plan your own meals. This means you either have to continue purchasing meal plans or you will be eating the same meal plan indefinitely. The goal of the coaching is to educate you about nutrition so that you can make healthy choices that help you reach your goals even after you have finished your coaching plans.

Is this suitable for beginners?
Why online coaching?
Online coaching is a cost effective option that gives you all the benefits of in person coaching but with more flexibility. An in person session can cost between $60 and $150 with 3 sessions a week starting at $600 a month. My pricing is set according to the specific package you purchase so the pricing does not increase if you opt for more workouts a week.

What happens when I sign up?
Once you sign up you will receive a Welcome Pack which contains an overview of the coaching process, info on communication methods and forms that need to be completed. Within 48 hours of submitting your completed forms, you will receive your e-book and access to the training app if you have signed up to the Standard or Premium Fat Loss Plan.

Do I need a gym membership?
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available if you cancel within the first 7 days of signing up. If you have purchased a 2 or 3 month package and you decide to cancel after the first month you will be refunded for the remaining months. Please refer to my Refund Policy for further info.
